Consultation

Consultation

An Ayurvedic consultation is a comprehensive assessment of the state of your health. You will be asked questions about health history, lifestyle, diet, daily routines, etc. Your tongue, pulse, skin, eyes, ears and face will be examined. This type of examination can reveal deep-seated issues, connection between different conditions and also catch conditions at an early stage. You will leave with an Ayurvedic perspective on your health and how some of your choices may be impacting the conditions you are experiencing. You’ll be given suggestions for your diet and lifestyle; and possibly some herbs to better support your health. A follow-up consultation may be scheduled to monitor progress.

The practitioner will assess the patient’s Dosha or constitutional type, which is based on their unique combination of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

3 Analysis of lifestyle habits

4 Herbal remedies

5 Diet and nutrition

The practitioner will provide recommendations for a balanced and healthy diet, tailored to the individual’s Dosha and health goals.
